How do I take care of my candle to achieve the best results?

For best results, recommended by the National Candle Association, trim wick before each use. The wick is already trimmed for your first use. Allow the candle to cool and re-harden before lighting again. Keep candle out of drafts to avoid the flame going out. Do not burn the candle over 4 hours at a time. Stop use of candle after 1/4” of wax remains.

Why does my candle change color?

We use 100% natural wax which contains soy and coconut mix. A normal characteristic of this blend is a change of color after burning. This does not affect candle safety or quality.

Are Wood Wicks safe to use?

Yes, Wood Wicks are produced from natural resources and are much safer than traditional cotton wicks which are normally coated with other harsh substances.

How do I light a Wood Wick candle?

Simply hold your lighter/match to the wick and watch the flame form. It may take a few seconds for the flame to work, so keep the lighter/match on the wick until you see it catch a flame.

When will I receive my item?

Once you place an order, it will be confirmed and processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, it will take 3-4 business days for arrival. Our typical shipping time will be 2-4 business days on in stock products. Shipments are sent using USPS priority mail services.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated as a flat rate fee depending on the items purchased. Shipping costs are calculated for you during the checkout process.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Items can not be returned. However, if you do not like the scent of the candle that you purchased, you may exchange it within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to be in the same condition as delivered, unused, and undamaged. You are responsible for all shipping costs. To start an exchange, message us in the “contact us” section found on the bottom of our website with your order number, reason for exchange, and item you want to exchange for it.
